Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy At Seaux Savvy, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating the cancellation or rescheduling of our consultations or services. To ensure fairness and manage our scheduling efficiently, we have established the following cancellation policy: Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that all fees paid for services and consultations are non-refundable. We strive to provide the highest quality of service and allocate resources specifically to meet the needs of each client upon booking. Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice: In the event of a need to cancel or reschedule a consultation or service, we require at least 72 hours notice. This policy helps us manage our resources and schedules effectively, allowing us to offer the best possible service to all our clients. Failure to Provide Notice: If Seaux Savvy does not receive at least 72 hours notice for a cancellation or rescheduling request, the entire payment will be forfeited. This policy is in place to ensure that we can maintain a high standard of service and availability for all our clients. Rescheduling Requests: Clients may request that consultations or services be rescheduled, provided that at least 72 hours notice is given prior to the originally scheduled service. Upon receiving a timely rescheduling request, we will do our best to accommodate the client's needs and move the eligible service to an alternate date and time, subject to availability. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. By adhering to these guidelines, you help us maintain the quality and availability of our services for all clients.
