Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice: In the event of a need to cancel or reschedule a consultation or service, we require at least 72 hours notice. Failure to Provide Notice: If Seaux Savvy does not receive at least 72 hours notice for a cancellation or rescheduling request, the entire payment will be forfeited. Rescheduling Requests: Clients may request that consultations or services be rescheduled, provided that at least 72 hours notice is given prior to the originally scheduled service. Upon receiving a timely rescheduling request, we will do our best to accommodate the client's needs and move the eligible service to an alternate date and time, subject to availability.
